First, try signing out and back in to your Fender Connect user account. If that does not restore your premium Songs content, please follow the steps below to "restore purchase."
- Sign in to the Fender Songs app
- Tap the More option from the navigation menu
- Under Subscription info, your active subscription should be displayed
- If not, tap Restore Purchase to restore your subscription status
- If your active subscription is displayed, and you still cannot access "locked" premium songs, please contact us.
